Happiness

Happiness can be defined as pleasure, contentment, and joy. Personally, I define happiness as being glad to be alive and engaged with life.Happiness doesn’t require perfection or constant positivity. It’s often built by intentionally choosing activities, thoughts, and environments that bring genuine enjoyment and fulfillment. When we prioritize what nourishes us and release unnecessary obligations driven by fear or pressure, happiness becomes more accessible and sustainable.

Happiness is not something to chase, it’s something to choose.

Happiness Affirmations

I choose happiness everyday.

I am open to all the joy the world has to offer.

Everyday I do things that add to my happiness.

Happiness is my birthright and I utilize it daily.

Safety

Safety is the feeling of being grounded, supported, and at ease within yourself. Many people spend years operating in a heightened state of alertness without realizing it. Learning to feel safe again is a process, and it begins with reminding yourself that you are capable, aware, and in control of your present environment.

When you consistently reinforce feelings of safety, your mind and body learn that it’s okay to relax.

I have the strength and discernment needed to keep myself safe.

Peace

Peace is an inner steadiness that isn’t dependent on circumstances. It doesn’t mean life is always easy — it means you trust yourself enough to remain calm and centered as situations unfold. When you detach from unnecessary worry and stay connected to your inner strength, peace becomes something you carry with you rather than something you wait for.

Peace is cultivated through trust, presence, and self-assurance.

Love

Love is acceptance, appreciation, and care, especially toward yourself. Self-love is the foundation for all other forms of love. When you treat yourself with compassion and respect, you naturally create healthier relationships, boundaries, and choices. Loving yourself means honoring your needs, valuing who you are, and allowing yourself to grow without judgment.

Love is something you practice daily, and build from the inside out.

Strength

Strength is developed through experience, perseverance, and self-trust. Emotional, mental, and spiritual strength grow each time you face a challenge and continue moving forward. Even moments that feel difficult contribute to your resilience and wisdom. Strength doesn’t require perfection, it requires commitment to yourself and your growth.

Your ability to adapt and continue is proof of your strength.
